Maintenance Manager

Scope of Work

The position of the Maintenance Manager reports to Management team members. The Maintenance
Manager must be able to communicate effectively and with courtesy, patience and flexibility. The Maintenance
Manager must maintain good interactions and relationships with clients, families, social workers and community.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager

• Monthly Inspections of facility and vehicles.
• Monitor facility and vehicle for safety issues, repairs needed etc.
• All required documentation.
• Train clients with maintenance services.
• Report any health, safety and personal welfare issues immediately to your supervisor.
• Complete Incident, Seizure and Observation Reports as needed.
• Transportation-Driving
• Other duties as assigned
